Hiring Resifent Summer Camp Staff (San Diego)

The camps are dedicated to supporting each troop's outdoor and advancement program while giving each Scout an enriching long term camping experience.
Requirements for Consideration of Employment:
- Minimum age: 18
- Applicants must be registered members of: Asociación de Scouts de México, Guías de México, Agrupación Scout Mexicana, A. C., o Federación Mexicana de Scouts Independientes, A. C.
- The principles of the Scout Oath and Law must be practiced as a way of life.
- Speak English
- The staff is expected to set an example of excellence in Scouting which includes the proper wearing of the Scout uniform.
- Able to obtain work authorization in the U.S.
- Agree to complete various training courses, including Youth Protection, Unlawful Harassment, and Weather Hazards as well as have or obtain certification in First Aid and CPR/AED that is current and will remain current throughout the employment agreement.
- Available to work: June 7 - August 8, 2026
- Wear a complete uniform of your organization for flag ceremonies.
