🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Handle cancellation saves & retention calls
Overcome objections professionally
Protect company margin while helping customers win
Work directly with warm/problem accounts
Turn risky deals into installs
💵 PAY STRUCTURE:
BASE PAY (Tenure-Based)
Month 1 → $150/week
Month 2 → $200/week
Month 3 → $250/week
COMMISSION PER SAVE
🟢 Perfect Save → $250
🟢 Optimal Save → $200
🟡 Acceptable Save → $150
🟠 Risk Save → $100
🔴 Floor Save → $50
WEEKLY BONUSES
✅ 90%+ Approved Logs → +$50
