You would be a showing agent. This means you would show properties to potential buyers, tenants, other agents, and visit properties for property management tasks.
Most of your work will be in English, some in Spanish.
You will need a car and a cell phone.
You will learn the real estate market in our area over time.
This is in the Puerto Nuevo area and it is best if you live nearby.
