For more than 20 years, our newspapers have served Southern California with independent local journalism. We are now preparing to expand with a new Spanish-language publication and are looking for motivated individuals who would like to grow with us.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity where you will learn how an established media organization operates while helping support daily office and publishing activities.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
• Respond to emails and online inquiries
• Take accurate messages and maintain organized records
• Assist with administrative and publishing tasks
• Enter and update information in company systems
• Support daily operations for multiple media brands
• Complete assignments carefully and on schedule
We're Looking For Someone Who
• Speaks both English and Spanish fluently
• Has strong communication skills
• Is organized and dependable
• Can work independently from home
• Has reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Enjoys learning new skills
• Office, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
Starting compensation is based on the fair market wage for your city and experience.
