A California-based media company is currently hiring a dependable and professional remote receptionist to join our growing team. This work-from-home role offers approximately 20–40 hours per week and is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling communications in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and transfer messages
• Assist with customer inquiries and order processing
• Handle email communication and administrative follow-up
• Maintain organized records and perform accurate data entry
• Support light social media and office coordination tasks
Qualifications
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong phone communication skills with a professional speaking voice
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office software
• Administrative or receptionist experience preferred
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
Remote Work Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST
• Have a quiet and professional work environment
• Use a large monitor, wired keyboard, and wired mouse
