We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the daily operations of a California law firm. This is an in-person, part-time role based at our office on Blvd. Popotla in Playas de Rosarito, B.C., México (near Rendichicas), Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, takes initiative, communicates clearly, stays on top of competing priorities, and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. We’re especially interested in someone who is project-management minded, proficient with technology, and able to troubleshoot issues independently as they arise.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing daily office operations and scheduling
• Providing administrative and personal assistant support to the attorney
• Organizing files, documents, and case information
• Coordinating meetings and appointments
• Tracking tasks and deadlines
• Assisting with billing, reports, and data entry
• Identifying ways to improve office workflow and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
• A positive attitude and a proactive, take-initiative approach
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Confidence with everyday office technology and software
• A troubleshooting capability and the ability to solve problems on the fly
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Availability to work on-site, punctuality is expected. Monday through Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM
• English proficiency and a bachelor’s degree is a plus
