Excellent + condition Leica 400mm 2.8 APO Telyr R Lens. I owned the Leica 400 2.8 Modular System along with this lens and sold the Modular lens because this lens was sharper at distance, which is why I bought it. The Modular lens was slightly sharper at the closest focusing distance. Only 282 of this lens were ever produced by Leica, and it is highly sought after by Cinematographers, due to the smooth focus throw. This is a heavy lens at 14.3 lbs, so it will require a stable tripod.
This lens has a large enough image circle to be used with an adapter on Fuji and Hasselblad medium-format cameras, along with APO teleconverters. Includes 7.5" Really Right Stuff Arca Swiss Lens Plate, a shoulder Kinesis Case, a drop-in Polarizing Filter, and the Standard Leica Trunk Case with keys.
