We are a US-based business looking for a top-tier Appointment Setter to join our team long-term.
The Role: You will be calling warm Facebook leads (people who have already expressed interest). Your job is to call them, build rapport, qualify them, and book appointments for our mortgage partners.
No Cold Calling: These are real leads generated by our marketing.
High Stability: We are looking for a dedicated team member, not a temp.
Who We Are Looking For:
Impeccable English: You must sound native or near-native (C1/C2 level) with no heavy accent.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or High-Ticket sales is a huge plus.
Thick Skin: You are not afraid to pick up the phone and handle objections confidently.
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (New York Time).
Location: Remote (Work from home).
Requirements:
Reliable computer and headset (noise-canceling preferred).
Fast, stable internet (Ethernet connection preferred).
Quiet workspace.
